How do credits work?

1 project = 1 credit. You spend a credit the first time you download a translated file. After that, re-download any language version of that project for free.

Translating to multiple languages from the same file still counts as one project.

What are the file size limits?

File size limits depend on your plan. Check the pricing page for current limits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Credits from add-on packs never expire.

Can I get a refund?

If translation quality doesn't meet your needs, contact support@aptura.io within 7 days.
